We have no intention of placing any minimum order limit for incoming customers. You can place as many orders as you want, starting from just 1 t-shirt/ hoodies through our digital printing service.
Once all terms and conditions are settled between the customers, we require advance payment (bank deposit/wire/online transfer) of 50% of the total payment for the order to proceed. The remaining amount (50%) is requested to be paid before shipping or upon delivery.
The answer to this question is yes. We respect our customers. We follow his every order. This is a matter of their T-shirt design. Whenever a design is prepared by our team, first of all we send a sample to the customer on his Whatsapp number or email and wait for his approval. If the customer asks for some small changes then we are always ready but if it is more major then we insist the customer to come to our laboratory. We will provide the first and second digital mockups for free.
When it comes to seeing the physical, screen-printed or embroidered samples, you can get paid samples to get a feel for the quality. You can return the sample and apply for a refund.
With printing from our stock colors and styles on urgent orders our turnaround time may be a few working days. For a normal order it takes around 7-10 days to manufacture even the styles. Still, it all depends on various factors like style, quality and quantity.

a. Print on white shirts : White t-shirts are the most popular for orders, so supply and demand dictates that stocking them is less expensive for us, and therefore, also for the customer. Additionally, most cotton garments start out essentially white, so dying them any other color makes them more expensive.
b. Use fewer design colors : The Screen Printing process requires us to make a separate screen for each color in your design. The less screens we have to make, the less expensive it is to print your apparel.c. Increase order size : The more shirts of the same design that you order, the less expensive it is for Polo Shirts to produce them. Since each color and each printing location means a new screen set up; dividing this cost among many shirts rather than just one or a few means savings per unit for you.
d. Decrease printing locations : Simply put, the fewer screens Polo Shirts has to set up for one apparel order, the less expensive that apparel will be for the customer. Each printing location on a garment requires separate screen set up, so printing just on the front of a shirt versus printing on the front and back will reduce your overall cost.

If you investigate cotton thread in depth, you will come to know about its various properties. Combed cotton is better than semi or carded cotton. If the yarn is semi-combed or carded, after a few days of washing, small cotton layers start appearing on the surface.
If you have chosen a dark colored T-shirt, then the color will definitely bleed out from the T-shirt when you wash it for the first time. You are guaranteed color fastness of Play Polo shirts and t-shirts. The t-shirt will not fade no matter how many times you wash it. Color bleeding and fading usually occurs when poor quality colors are used by the manufacturer to save manufacturing costs. You can also take help of third party to check the quality of our product; our product will pass every test.
The correct meaning of GSM is "grams per square meter". It is not possible for normal person and non-industry person to understand the GSM of a garment unless laboratory testing has been performed to determine it. Unfortunately, a non-industry and layman does use GSM as a benchmark when comparing the price of apparel from different manufacturers.
If you have to go then let us tell you that the quality of T-shirts is based only on the quality of raw materials and processes and not only on GSM. Some t-shirt manufacturing companies increase the GSM alone and compromise on other points to provide cheaper prices. This includes using low quality carded/semi combed yarn, dyeing process with cheap dyes without color fastness, steam calendaring instead of compacting, printing with substandard dyes, etc. The clothes are made from Temporality local works without any quality inspection process.
The result is that, the T-shirt looks heavy but it fails on all other points like dye fastness, texture, finish, shrinkage control, print quality.

Screen Printing :
1. Pigment ink – Since this printing method is water based, it is possible to print only on white or light colored clothes. In this method, ironing the print is also a task.
2. Plastisol ink – This method allows printing on all types of colors of fabric (light and dark). In this you can see good opacity. Plastisol printing machines are specially designed for this ink making it easy to achieve fine lettering and alignment. This is the most popular printing technique across the world and is used by most printing vendors. There is no ironing work on this printing.
Direct To Garment Printing : This printing method is known by three names, one is DTG Printing and the second is Digital Garment Printing and the third name is Inkjet to Garment Printing. It is a process of printing on textiles and clothing using unique or varying inkjet technology.

If the screen printing method fails to adhere to the garment, the conclusion is that the printer has failed to properly monitor the final product as it comes out of the dryer. The printed image must reach a temperature of 350 degrees throughout the entire image. If printed with thick ink, the t-shirt will need to be kept in the dryer for a longer time. When any print breaks in the middle, it is because screen print requires full amount of ink, but here full ink was not given due to which the image broke. All operations that occur step by step must be monitored separately to obtain the highest quality image.

Like printing, we can do embroidery on t-shirts on all sizes of designs and materials. At this time we only offer embroidery printing service on chest area for small quantity orders.
