The use of our Dubai Polos Printing website and ordering online or offline with Dubai T-shirt Printing is subject to the following conditions.


Do you have the provision for order cancellation?

Like we had told you earlier also that once everything is finalized between us and the client, we take 50% advance payment of the order and the rest after the order is completed or delivered. If you have paid 50% then you have no option to cancel it as we give 24 hours time to the customer. During this time the client can take his own decision whether to get the order done or not. If you make up your mind about cancellation of your order, you can contact customer service (info@polos) and place a request for withdrawal of your order within 24 hours. If too much time has passed, we will still verify with our print team whether the order has been started or not. If the order is in process the order cannot be canceled. We would like you to understand that we cannot consider any request.

Polos, a renowned T-shirt manufacturer, printing and supplier based in Dubai, is an online retailer and wholesaler of apparel and lifestyle products offering the best value to its corporate clients and customers. You can also apply for membership with us which provides incentives in purchasing a variety of products. Upon placing the order, the Company will dispatch the product to you and will be entitled to payment for the service.


I need to make some changes in the design, how will it be done?

If your order is not processed, changes to the design may occur easily. If your order falls under screen printing then you will again have to pay additional screen manufacturing charges. Order delivery may be delayed by 2-7 days depending on requested changes.


How much will the cancellation fee be charged?

There is a minimum cancellation fee set here, which is charged to every customer to cover the printing process expenses irrespective of the quantity of the order.


Payment Transfer Method:

The refund will be transferred to your bank account through NEFT transfer within seven days. This work will be completed by our accounts department. This process will take place within 7 days after order cancellation. If you need any clarifications on refunds. Please email us to info@polos.in


Under what circumstances can I return the order?

Generally, there is no provision in the company to take back the current time delivered orders. At us, all orders are closely monitored every step of the way from the beginning and not a single step is taken forward without the customer's approval. Custom printed apparel is based on the customer's ideas. We cannot accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted or has physical damage. We have set a time of 48 business hours, during which the customer can check the order and give us his opinion regarding the order. We encourage our customers to carefully inspect all items at the time of delivery and immediately inform our customer care (info@polos.in).

We are providing wide range of product quality and pricing same Day & Next Day Delivery T Shirt Printing in Dubai. Fabric quality, shrinkage, color bleed, print/embroidery quality may vary depending on the quality you choose. We strongly suggest you to get samples before purchasing and use them.


Dispatch & Delivery

While taking your order, we provide you with various options for delivery of the product. You will be asked where the order is to be delivered and how to source it. The options available to you may vary depending on where you are from. The estimated dispatch time is displayed on the order summary sheet. If you place an order through our website or by phone call, you will receive a mail on your registered email containing a summary of the order and details of estimated dispatch time to your location.

Sometimes, due to unexpected circumstances in an order, it takes longer time to dispatch the goods. In such cases, we will proactively inform you by e-mail and SMS. However, we apologize for any delay in dispatch due to some reason. We always guarantee dispatch date; delivery will be given by the courier partner.


Damage Claims Shortages- Important Notice

Any claims for product damage or quantity shortage must be reported to us within 48 business hours without any exceptions. While taking delivery, please match your goods with the bill.


We Pay For Return Shipping

Keep in Mind! We will pay the return shipping charges. Whenever our investigation team finds any reason such as the delivered products are defective, damaged or received wrong with the ordered product, they will investigate the same. If upon investigation the reason is found to be correct, the investigation team will report to the Accounts Department and the return shipping will be reimbursed to the customer.
